A pale, dry rosé from the Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California, Mexico. Made in small batches by a family producer working with hand-harvested Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes grown at 1,000 feet, where the Pacific keeps the heat in check and the granite soils give the wine its quiet structure.
Light peach in the glass. Dry on the palate. Notes of white peach, wild strawberry, and a soft mineral finish. Best served cold, in a casual glass, somewhere with good light.
