What we collect

• Email address when you join the waitlist or contact us.
• Order and shipping information when you buy something: name, delivery address, contact details, and the items in the order. Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Trade inquiries submitted through the stockists form: business name, contact, and the details you choose to share.
• Basic analytics: cookies and similar technologies that tell us which pages are visited and how the site performs. This includes the Meta Pixel, so advertising on Meta platforms can be measured and shown to relevant audiences.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, send occasional updates about the brand and its releases, improve the site, and meet our legal obligations. That is the full list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share limited information with the services we use to run the business: hosting and database, email delivery, SMS delivery, payments, shipping and fulfillment, and analytics and advertising platforms including Meta. Each of them receives only what they need, for the purpose above.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to run the business and to comply with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
