These terms govern your use of monse.life and any purchase you make from us. By using the site, you agree to them.
The company
MONSE is a Delaware company with a mailing address at 46 Avenue B, New York, New York 10009. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean MONSE. References to "you" mean the person using the site or placing an order.
Eligibility
Some of what we sell contains alcohol. To purchase, view, or accept delivery of those products, you must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, at minimum 21 in the United States. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Alcohol is sold and delivered only where permitted by law.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or cannot be shipped to your address. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we refund it.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change at any time. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken through our payment processor. You are responsible for making sure the details you provide are accurate.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. Alcohol shipments require an adult signature at delivery.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact hello@monse.life within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will make it right. For reasons of law and product integrity, alcoholic beverages cannot otherwise be returned once dispatched.
Intellectual property
The name MONSE, the site, and its content, including text, imagery, product design, and packaging, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe on anyone's rights, or to interfere with how it works. We may suspend access if you do.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided as is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Product descriptions, imagery, and vintages may vary within reason.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
